  I would just like to write a short review to express my thanks to Briggs Poultry. We all remember the good life well at least I do at my age I always wanted to own my own hens with a constant supply of eggs but I never had the know how or country environment to carry this out. I recently moved to the coast and on my way home one afternoon I stop at Alford windmill for afternoon tea. Right opposite the windmill I noticed a sign for point of lay hens. Being inquisitive I knocked on the door and was met by David and Pam after a short conversation I was invited to view the hens in there own environment. Not knowing what to expect I continued with an open mind, to my astonishment it was more like a bird sanctuary then a chicken farm. All the hens are in large clean coops and there is no mud or dirt anywhere. I was given a wealth of information and I cannot thank Pam and Dave enough for taking the time and explaining everything I need to know with regard to rearing a couple of hens. I decided to buy 2 hens and all the bits that go with them, only having a small car David delivered the coop and erected it. I could not have ask for more. Pam also expressed, if I required any aftercare she is only a phone call away. My hens are doing well in there new home. I am eating my own eggs for breakfast and that is satisfaction guaranteed.   Eggsellent place for all your poultry needs. Wonderful selection of chickens to suit everyone. Great aftercare service should you need advice on your poultry. Very friendly and a joy to visit.
